Summer Running Schedules
All new runners should follow the 25 miles per week (MPW) schedule. Experienced and returning runners should follow one of the other schedules here according to coaches recomendations.
Here you will find the latest communications to athletes and parents for the new season. Throughout the season the coaches use the Talking Points app to communicate and update parents and athletes. If you want to be updated please sign up with the instructions below.
All athletes are required to keep an updated physical and other related forms on file to participate in practices’ and meets. The school uses Rank One to administer this process. Approvals are good for the entire school year. Forms and links are below.
